Most of us have new year resolutions when the new year approaching ? When valentines day is coming near many of us especially singles are conscious about the weight. Unfortunately , on average most people fulfil their wish about 4 weeks and after that coming back to normal again. Here are some suggestions on how you can actually lose weight and of course if you want to lose weight by valentine’s day you can do it too !

1. Tackle some of your toxic thoughts.

11. I recommend it to cook at home and prepare simple meals .
