Here is a sample menu plan:

Day 1

Meal #1: chickem

Meal #2: vegetables ( salad )

Meal #3: Sandwich (any type)

Meal #4: Scrambled Eggs Meal

Day 2:

Meal #1:Fresh Milk

Meal #2: Chicken

Meal #3: Hard Boiled eggs

Meal #4: Cheese

Day 3:

Meal #1: Chicken

Meal #2: Vegetable salad

Meal #3: Fruits ( pears , strawberry , orange , kiwi)

Meal #4: Cottage Cheese

Tips when you are using calorie shifting diet :

1. You can eat as much food as you want of each food at each meal until you are happy but not too full.

2. You can eat any of the 4 meals of each day in any order.

3. You must space out each meal by at least 2.5 to 3 hours.

4. You can take a break after 11 days
