Many of us often asked how are we going to lose 20 pounds in a short time.even though i exercised regularly , i think i still overweight for many years . My greatest weakness is i couldnt resist snacks , ice creams , donuts , and night snacks.

I tried on going diet everytime but i failed. i guess one biggest mistake i have is lack of discipline. There were the days when i would binge and ended up feeling guilty about it. To atone for overeating , i would skip meals for few days and starve myself. is this the right way ?? I asked myself , if i can starve for a few days and lose 10 pounds thats okay for me. But starving myself not only that i can lose my weight but worst still whenever i go back eating as normal, my weight seems like rebouncing even more. I am not losing weight at all but even increase more weight !

Turning point :

I love shopping , but it frustrate me if i cant wear size M even L for myself. What i want at least size medium for my dress or even top. well, guess this is the turning point for me and i swear to myself that I must lose weight no matter how.
